Our Custom CNC machining services
With over 200 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machines in China, Keyanng is ideal for you to outsource custom machined parts and precision machining services. We offer over 100 different types of materials and over 80 surface treatments and have extensive experience in seamlessly transitioning from prototyping to production machining.
CNC Milling
Compared to CNC turning, CNC milling, especially 5-axis milling, can be used to create complex 3D shapes or to apply machined surfaces or features to parts made of plastic and metal. The advantages of a multi-axis milling machine make the CNC milling process versatile, accurate, and repeatable for creating many different types of part features with complex geometries. Examples include holes, curves, slots, angled shapes, and channels. Milling is also ideal for making tools for pressure die casting and plastic injection molding.
CNC Turning
CNC lathes allow us to perform high-speed turning of plastics and metals in bars or blocks. The turning process allows the production of complex external and internal geometries, including the generation of various threads. For any round part such as shafts, worms, and spheres, CNC turning is a more efficient method than CNC milling. Keyanng’s turning capabilities can make prototypes into mass-produced parts.

- CNC Machining Tolerance
Our standard tolerances for CNC machining of metals are DIN-2768-1-fine and DIN-2768-1-medium for plastics. Tolerances are greatly affected by part geometry and material type. When working with Keyanng, we guarantee that all parts will be manufactured to your specifications. If 2D drawings are not available, you can also use ISO 2678 to indicate.

- Auick turnaround
We return quotes within 24 hours on average, ship in 10 days or less, and we have a 99% on-time delivery and quality rate.
- Applications of CNC Machining
Available in a variety of materials and finishing options, CNC prototyping is widely used by designers as a means of creating early and late-stage prototypes with short turnaround times. CNC prototyping allows designers to change project scenarios quickly without tooling costs or wait time. It is one of the best ways to create conceptual models and functional prototypes to validate designs. Compared to other rapid prototyping methods, fast CNC machining allows us to obtain close-tolerance prototypes in real materials quickly.
CNC machining and EDM are the main methods for making metal molds for injection molding; high pressure die casting, blow molding, rolling, stamping, blending, etc.
High-speed CNC machines allow us to manufacture high-precision copper molds, mold cavities, mold bases, lifters, and other mold components in a very short time. In addition to that, with a 5-axis mill, we can mill deep pocket features in hours, whereas EDM used to take days. This is how we can significantly speed up the mold-making process.
CNC machining is the most important way to manufacture non-standard parts in the automation industry, such as processing and molding equipment, testing equipment, surface treatment equipment, welding equipment, packaging equipment, automatic assembly equipment, and multi-functional composite equipment.
Non-standard parts in these devices often take on the most important functional roles, which require tight tolerances and quick turnarounds tailored to the project. CNC machining services can easily deal with these.
CNC machining has always been the most important machining method in aerospace manufacturing. Because of the extremely high precision of CNC machines, the process is suitable for safety-critical components used on aircraft.
Machinable aerospace parts include prototype engine components, fuel panels, landing gear, and engine mounts. Check out our 5-axis machining
In the automotive industry, CNC machining is the only way to manufacture key parts such as car engine blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, connecting rods, camshafts, housings, etc., because of its high accuracy and efficiency. It is also widely used in producing high-volume automotive parts and post-processing of die castings, and investment castings.
In the medical industry, the machinability of many grades of titanium and stainless steel has made CNC machining a widely used process in healthcare, orthodontics, and dental restoration in medicine, manufacturing implants, medical devices, and vision-guided-based surgical robotics .
CNC Machining Materials & Finishes
If you consider CNC machined parts, it is important to know which materials and finishes can be applied to your CNC machined parts. Keyanng is more than a CNC factory in China; thanks to our surface treatment partners, we can also use all types of surface treatment for CNC prototype parts and production parts. Need custom CNC parts with a high-quality look? Keyanng is your best choice!

CNC Finishes
Polishing: It is a process of rubbing the surface of a part using chemical action to make the surface smooth and shiny so that the surface is mirror-like.
Electroplating: The use of electrical current to reduce dissolved metal cations to form a thin metal coating on electrodes, changing the properties of machined metal surfaces or adding thickness to undersized parts.
Anodizing: An electrolytic passivation process forms a thin layer of aluminium oxide outside an aluminium CNC machined part, increasing the thickness of the natural oxide layer and protecting the metal.
Sandblasting: The process of propelling an abrasive stream of high-velocity sand grains into a metal surface to remove surface contaminants, clean the metal, or add texture, and then alter the surface’s smoothness or roughness.
Overview: What's CNC Machining?
CNC machining is a machining method that uses a computer to control the displacement of parts and tools. It is an effective way to solve the problems of changeable parts variety, small-batch, complex shape, and high precision and realize efficient and automatic processing.
The CNC machining process generates parts on a CNC machine from computer design files. The process will go through:
- Load CAD (Computer Aided Design) files into CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software
- Determine toolpaths based on part geometry
- CAM software creates digital instructions or G-codes that tell the machine what to do and how to do it
- CNC machine tool to perform operations as a programming language
- CNC milling machine: The most common and largest variety of processing equipment, it refers to the use of CNC milling cutters to make circular motions on stationary parts and process milling parts with certain shapes and details, including slots, and holes, notches, grooves, etc.
- CNC lathe: The technology of fixing the material block on a CNC turning center or a lathe and rotating at high speed while the tool is moved into the rotating shaft to process the workpiece to obtain CNC turning parts with precise dimensions.
- CNC drilling machine: The workpiece is fixed, and the cutting process of aligning the center of the tool with the center of the hole and rotating to generate a round hole can be done on lathes and milling machines.
- CNC turning and milling machine tool: both the tool and the workpiece rotate. The compound machining technology produces complex curved or special-shaped parts through various tasks designed.
- Wire EDM: EDM parts from prototype to full production with tight tolerances and complex structures.
