What’s the basic information do you need for each quotation?

We need 3D files with a list of material, quantity, finish requests if needed.

How fast can I get your quote?

For normal items, you can receive our quotation within 12 hours. For complex projects with a large number of components, it may take us 24 to 48 hours to prepare your quote.

Can I get a sample for quality check?

After quotation, if needed, you can ask for samples to check quality. We are willing to provide with sample for quality and function testing.

What are your payment terms?

We require prepayment for new clients. If your payment history is good, credit can be discussed.

Can you provide custom packaging?

Yes, we can do it for you.
